What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?
Please firstly check your account details in your account information to ensure your address is correct. If so, and your package has taken more than a
10 days to reach you (allowing 2 working days for processing) then please place an order query. Remember there is no way to track parcels that are not sent Express or Express Platinum.

Please note that all packages not sent Express Platinum carry an element of risk. Occasionally packages are lost in the post. Australia Post is pretty reliable, however you must be aware that we cannot replace lost packages that were not sent Express Platinum. Platinum packages that do become lost are the only orders that are eligible for full replacement, and this is subject to stock availability. Further, lost packages that were sent Express Post will be eligible for a 30% rebate from the customer's next order. This must be verified by Australia Post tracking the identification number of the package and pronouncing it undelivered.
