  • Orders over $100 have free shipping via express post

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are:

  • $4.99 for regular delivery - PACKAGES DO GET LOST by Australia Post at times. THE RISK IS YOURS.
  • $6.99 for express delivery
  • $12.50 for express registered delivery

This is a flat amount for each order, regardless of size, weight, number of items, etc.

We ship to all locations within Australia. We do not ship internationally.

How long will it take?
Please always allow 24-48 hours for processing of your order. After that, times are as follows:

  • Express Post Platinum: $12.50
    Guaranteed Next-day Courier delivery, within Australia Post's Express Post 24 hour zones.

  • Express Post: $6.99
    Guaranteed next-day service Australia Post's Express Post 24 hour zones which includes all capital cities (It may take an extra day if you're not).  Click here for a full explanation of the service to open in a new browser window. 
       
  • Parcel Post: $4.99 - NOT COVERED FOR PACKAGES LOST BY AUSTRALIA POST.
    Normal Australia Post parcel delivery, 2-5 days most destinations. Delivery times for items sent by Parcel Post depend on a Parcel’s place of origin (for Smart Poppy deliveries, this is Sydney) and its destination. Based on this, Australia Post quotes the following delivery times at typical:

We don't take any responsibility for stains on the packaging for orders sent this way. Please remember that Express Post Platinum is the only postage service we offer that has guaranteed delivery. What payment types do you accept?
You can pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or by direct deposit.

What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?
Please firstly check your account details in your account information to ensure your address is correct. If so, and your package has taken more than a 10 days to reach you (allowing 2 working days for processing) then please place an order query. Remember there is no way to track parcels that are not sent Express or Express Platinum. 

You can also:

  • ask at your local post office whether they are holding anything for you, in case a card was left and went missing
  • ask them to give you the name of the Australia Post collection centre that distributes the local mail and you contact the centre to check for packages in your name
  • wait at least a week, in case your package was given a scenic tour by Australia Post.

Please note that all packages not sent Express Platinum carry an element of risk. Occasionally packages are lost in the post. Australia Post is pretty reliable, however you must be aware that we cannot replace lost packages that were not sent Express Platinum. Platinum packages that do become lost are the only orders that are eligible for full replacement, and this is subject to stock availability. Further, lost packages that were sent Express Post will be eligible for a 30% rebate from the customer's next order. This must be verified by Australia Post tracking the identification number of the package and pronouncing it undelivered.
