Dear customers, we have discovered that our current packaging of these primers is different from what you expect, and some customers have been a little baffled by it. It is an 'air pump'. The product itself is completely fresh and perfect, however customers are confused because the bottle has no tube which you'd think would pump the product up through the delivery mechanism. Please note that this product does not need the tube, it pumps the product up anyway - it has been designed to work without the tube. Please let us know if you have any questions.

    This is only the second brand of primer I have tried so I don't have a lot to compare it to however it goes appear to smooth out the surface of ones skin. Foundation is easier to apply. Large pores appear smaller.

    Although I find it it a bit priceyI would buy it again.

    I have serious acne/acne prone skin so am always looking for a good pre-foundation base which wont allow makeup to seep into my skin. This primer is a god send. Not only does it provide an effective barrier for my skin against foundation, I also don't get the shinies within a few hours of putting on makeup, as I do when using any other primer. Also, my skin feels very soft and smooth, and definitely more even in texture. And my super sensitive skin has not broken out at all, even though I breakout at everything! Very Happy with it.

    At almost 50 I'm always searching for products that make my skin look clearer and smoother. Just love this one - am now on my second bottle, and have recommended it to all of my friends. Gives great base for your foundation, and keeps your 'look' for much longer during the day.

    Makes your skin smooth and silky and perfect for foundation application. It didn't mattify my combination skin as well as I would have liked, but I would definitely recommend for those with dry to normal skin types.

    This product is really lovely to wear, my skin feels like silk after applying. Haven t tried using foundation with it yet as I like it by itself. A little goes a long way too.

    I have never used a primer before and thought i should start as i am getting older, now wouldnt put foundation or mineral powder on without it! makes my skin feel like velvet.

    Just love this stuff! I'm 54 and it makes my skin look so much smoother & more velvety under a foundation. My 80 yr old mother uses it too...she loves it. Few of these so called 'cult' products live up to their reputation, but Smashbox Foto Finish Foundation Primer is one that does

    I am 60 so my naked face looks just a tad lived in. This product really does give my complexion a dewier look and feelwhen I put on my makeup. I thought the product I was using before was good but now I would not consider using anything else but Smashbox.
